1. Agreement
By using My Body Engine you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
My Body Engine provides fitness coaching — online training programs, in-person sessions, and at-home visits in Boerne, TX & surrounding areas — delivered by Diego Caballero, ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer.
3. Health disclaimer — please read
Exercise carries inherent risks. My Body Engine is not medical advice. Consult your physician before starting any program, especially if you have an injury, condition, or health concern. You participate at your own risk, are responsible for training within your limits, and should stop if you feel unwell. By using the service you acknowledge and assume these risks.
4. Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18 or older (or have a parent or guardian's consent) to use the service. Keep your login credentials secure — you're responsible for activity on your account — and the health and training information you provide should be accurate.
5. Payments & subscriptions
The Online Program is $24.99/mo, billed through Stripe until you cancel. In-person training is $80/hr and at-home visits are $85/hr (location dependent). You can cancel your subscription anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. Please give reasonable notice to cancel a booked session.
6. Acceptable use
Use the service only for your own training. Don't misuse, copy, resell, or disrupt it.
7. Our content
Programs, workouts, and materials are owned by My Body Engine and provided for your personal use.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service anytime. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Body Engineis not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your use of the service or participation in exercise. The service is provided “as is.”
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will revise the date above.
