Data export & deletion

You own your data. You can get a copy of it or have it deleted at any time.

What we hold

• Your account — name, email, and optional phone number
• Your fitness profile, including any injuries, limitations, and disabilities you shared
• Your workout logs and progress
• Your bookings
• Subscription and payment records (card details are held by Stripe, not by us)

Export your data

Email Diego Caballero at DiegoDLG0527@gmail.comwith the subject “Data export.” We'll send a copy of your personal data, typically within 30 days.

Delete your data

Email DiegoDLG0527@gmail.comwith the subject “Delete my account.” We'll permanently delete your account and personal data, except limited records we're required to keep for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. Deletion is irreversible.
