My Body Engine (“we,” “us”) is operated by Diego Caballero in Boerne, TX & surrounding areas. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account: your name, email, an encrypted password, and an optional phone number.
- Fitness profile: your goals, experience, equipment, and schedule — plus the health information you choose to share, including injuries, limitations, and disabilities, so your coach can program safely.
- Training data: the workouts, sets, reps, weights, and progress you log.
- Bookings: the consult and session times you schedule.
- Payments: processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
- Technical: basic usage and device information needed to run and secure the service.
How we use your information
- Build and personalize your training program and coaching.
- Schedule sessions and send confirmations and reminders.
- Process your subscription payments.
- Keep the service working, safe, and improving.
We do not sell your personal information.
Health information
The injury, limitation, and disability details you provide are sensitive. We use them only to design and adjust your training and to keep you safe, and we share them only with your coach.
Service providers
We rely on trusted processors to run My Body Engine: Supabase (database & authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Calendly (scheduling), and an email provider for transactional messages. They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
How your data is protected
Data is encrypted in transit. Access is restricted by row-level security, so each client's data is visible only to them and their coach. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. See our Data export & deletion page, or email us.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After a deletion request we remove it, except limited records we must retain for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
My Body Engine is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
